Hello!
Today I have a fun paper mache letter to share with you. This “E” is for sweet baby Emilia’s nursery, which is decorated in a “You Are My Sunshine” theme. Emilia’s mom sent me a video of her room, which is bright aquas and yellows.
Do you remember this fun cloud paper from CTMH’s Dotty for You paper packet a while back? It was perfect! I love the little hearts on it for an extra pop of color, so I added just a few flowers to match. I cut the flowers using my favorite cut from the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.
The lagoon and tulip paper for the flowers and yellow around the outside edges of the “E” are also from the Dotty for You kit (hence the dots). The yellow paper for the flowers has flecks of glitter in it, it’s from Joann’s. I inked chocolate ink around the edges of the letter with a sponge dauber and finished it off with some Sparkle Flourishes.
Tada! I love it, and so does Emilia’s family 🙂
