Use Your Scraps: Super Easy 3×3 Thank You Cards

I love 3×3 cards. They’re quick, easy, and cute, which is what I need since I include one in every order that my customers place. And it’s even more important to be quick now that my crafty time is limited with my little one ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are some 3×3 thank you cards I made using retired paper from one of CTMH’s specials a few years back. I still love it, but only have small scraps left, which was perfect for this design.

The stamp set I used is also retired but one of my favorites. You could replace it with the A True Thank You stamp (which is only $2.95!) You can use this stamping technique with any stamp!

The flowers and sentiment are all one stamp. I first stamped just “Thanks a Bunch” by inking only that part in chocolate ink. Then I cleaned the stamp and inked the flowers in Sweet Leaf, then immediately inked the tops of the flowers in Dutch Blue (a retired color) before stamping on the cardstock. Since the Sweet Leaf is so light, I didn’t need to worry that I inked over it in a darker color. (Be sure you DON’T ink in a darker color first, then add a lighter color. Your darker color will stain the lighter ink pad.)

That’s it! Each card just took a few minutes, and they were easy to mass-produce. (A few bitty sparkles would look cute in the flower centers, too!)

Happy crafting ๐Ÿ™‚

A True Thank You
