Today I’m sharing one of my favorite new products, the Craft with Heart scrapbook kit, which features the Sweet Girl collection for May. With every new catalog, there’s a new collection of layout kits for CTMH’s Craft With Heart subscription. I LOVE this subscription!!! 😍
As I’ve mentioned before, I love to scrapbook “from scratch,” but as a busy momma, I truly appreciate these pre-designed kits. They are my BONUS scrapbook layouts – layouts that I may not have gotten done otherwise. 🙌 But they still include all the joy of playing with paper and creating something beautiful, plus the satisfaction of documenting your memories – in a fraction of the time!!
Process Video
One thing with pre-designed layouts is that they may not fit the exact sizes or orientations of your photos. Don’t fret! I change up my layouts with almost every kit and I’ll show you how I changed this one up in the process video. You can view it below or over on YouTube (be sure to subscribe while you’re there!) 😉

Scrapbook Layout as Intended
Here’s what the above layout was designed to look like. Very similar…but you can see I changed the placement of a lot of the embellishments and made my own title using my Cricut – all to work with my photos.
If you want to keep it as-is – go for it, or if you want to make changes – go for it! This is YOUR artwork and YOUR scrapbook. The great thing is you have options, so do what makes you happy and works best for you 🙂

Just love your ‘process videos’…they are so helpful. It’s also very helpful to show the difference between how the Kit Layouts are designed to be finished and how you can change it somewhat to fit your photos and needs…overcoming any hesitation about customizing these kits . You do a super job showing how to add touches that bring the bling to a layout. Thanks for sharing!
