Christmas Cards Kids Can Make Using Upcycled Tags

Hello!
Today I have another Christmas craft your kids can make. My 5yo daughter had a blast making these cards using cute tags that I had saved from past Christmas gifts. The Frozen tag actually came on a piece of clothing we bought her – don’t overlook anything!

I set out a box of blank card bases in various colors, which was from a card pack with envelopes that I got at JoAnn’s. I also laid out all of the tags and some sticker sheets and other embellishments for her to add.

I had pre-cut some white cardstock pieces to add a bit of design and so the tags would pop. I glued those on for her (she chose the spots), as well as added some various washi and glitter tape. I added adhesive to the back of the tags and she put them on the card bases herself.

She was so proud of her finished cards! Both of my kids (2.5 & 5 years old) are excited to give handmade cards to their school and daycare teachers this Christmas. (My 2.5yo dude hasn’t started his yet!)

Enjoy crafting with your kids!
