School Photos Scrapbook Layout: End of Summer Blog Hop

Hello!
Welcome to another Blog Hops with Heart blog hop! This month’s theme is “End of Summer” but it’s open for interpretation for end of summer, back to school, or anything in between. You may have come from Wendy’s blog…welcome! If you’re starting here, that’s OK too – you’ll make your way in a circle.

I decided to do a scrapbook page of my kids’ school photos from last year. My kids are both at the same “school” for daycare and preschool, and I love that they do “school pictures” even for the babies!

This was Kailyn’s first year of preschool and Tyler was only 7 months old. I love his little button-down shirt. I think this was the only time he wore it. LOL!

Kailyn wore a cast for only 3 weeks (amazing how resilient kids are!), but I’m kinda glad she had it on for her school pictures so we’ll always remember it. She was a good sport, especially for having just turned 3!

I love that the photographer posed her with Belle. She didn’t bring Belle to school for the photos but I am so glad she made it in this picture…it captures so much of her personality. Her cowgirl boots…I can’t even! She loved those things! I think we need another pair for this winter. I love how her little foot is kicked out.

These chipboard stickers were perfect – they are from a Project Life sticker pack that I believe is retired now (I can’t find it on Becky Higgins’ site). I wish I could tell you where the paper is from but I did not save the zip strips! But I believe it was a couple manufacturers that I mixed. I love mixing kits 🙂

Thanks for visiting today. Next up is Becca.

Be sure to keep on hopping…you will not be disappointed. This group of ladies ONLY puts out the BEST work! They are so inspiring!

We’d love for you to play along, too! If you create a project with our theme leave a comment so we can see!

Have a great day!
